Blu Court Story
From the Court to the Boardroom
Building Pickleball’s Future
Blu Court Sports was founded in early 2022 in Morristown, NJ, with a clear vision: to fuel the growth of pickleball through both on-court excellence and strategic industry insight. The company’s leadership team draws on decades of combined experience across racquet sports, coaching, and business strategy—creating a true bridge from the court to the boardroom.
What began as a mission to elevate coaching quality and community engagement has evolved rapidly. Today, Blu Court Sports provides not only premier instruction and training but also strategic consulting to brands, clubs, and investors aiming to succeed in the $9B pickleball industry. The diverse team includes high-level athletes, experienced coaches, and accomplished business professionals, reflecting a commitment to both grassroots development and industry-wide growth.
With deep roots in competition, coaching, technology, and analytics, Blu Court Sports combines athletic passion with business acumen, empowering clients to thrive—whether they’re learning the game, building a brand, or shaping the next chapter of pickleball’s rise.

Co-Founder, Coach & Strategic Consultant
Pro Athlete. Data Leader. Pickleball Pioneer.Maggie Remynse-Chou is the visionary founder of Blu Court Sports, where elite athletic performance meets Fortune 500-level strategic expertise. As a former top-10 professional pickleball player and accomplished business executive, Maggie brings a rare dual perspective that fuels both sides of the BCS brand—on the court and in the boardroom.
Her racquet sport roots run deep. Introduced to pickleball in 2017 by her sister and fellow pro Andrea Koop, Maggie quickly rose through the professional ranks. She competed on Major League Pickleball teams through 2023, earning a runner-up finish in an MLP event, and has medaled across the APP and PPA tours in both women’s and mixed doubles. To date, she has captured more than 50 pro-level medals, solidifying her place among the sport’s early leaders. Before pickleball, she played Division I tennis at Western Michigan University on a full scholarship, later coaching at the University of Rochester while earning her MBA.
Maggie’s business career is equally distinguished. After earning her MBA from the Simon Business School with concentrations in Computer Information Systems and Business Analytics, she built a career at the intersection of technology, data, and education—most recently serving as Vice President Product, Data Content and Curriculum at DataCamp, where she drove global strategy and innovation in the fast-growing TechEd sector.
At Blu Court Sports, Maggie blends her sports and business expertise to help clients capture opportunity in growing the $9B pickleball industry. She leads consulting engagements with facilities, brands, and startups—advising on market entry, program growth, digital content, and operational strategy. She also develops innovative coaching curricula and continues to coach selectively, keeping her connected to the players, coaches, and communities shaping the game’s future.
Blu Court Sports is where Maggie’s two worlds converge: scaling coaching accessibility while guiding organizations to unlock sustainable growth in one of the fastest-growing sports in America.
